Order Processing & Fulfillment Times

  • Standard Parts (In-Stock Items): All standard, non-custom inventory items process and ship within 1 to 2 business days from the date your order is placed.

  • Made-to-Order Parts: Custom or build-to-order components carry a production lead time of up to 2 weeks (10 business days) before shipment. If your order contains a mix of standard and made-to-order items, your shipment will go out together once the custom components are ready, unless requested otherwise.

Shipping Rates & Options

  • Contiguous U.S. (Lower 48 States): We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the lower 48 contiguous United States.

  • Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories & International: Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and your specific delivery destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or custom clearance fees applied by international jurisdictions.

Delivery Estimates

Transit times begin once your package has been handed over to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx):

  • Lower 48 (Free Standard Shipping): 3–5 business days

  • Alaska, Hawaii, & Territories: 5–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–14+ business days (varies by destination and customs processing)

Note: Fulfillment lead times (2 days for standard parts; 2 weeks for made-to-order parts) apply prior to carrier transit times.

Address Changes & Tracking

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout. Once an order has entered production or fulfillment, address updates may not be possible. Automated tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order dispatches.
