2. Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

All products sold by Sakebahn Classics LLC—including custom, build-to-order, and standard automotive parts—are intended for specialized automotive use. You acknowledge and agree that all products are purchased, installed, and used entirely at your own risk. Sakebahn Classics LLC bears no responsibility or liability for vehicle safety, roadworthiness, performance, or operational integrity.

3. Limitation of Liability & Installation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sakebahn Classics LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including personal injury, loss of life, vehicle damage, property loss, or secondary equipment failure resulting from the use, misuse, or installation of any product. Professional installation by a qualified technician is strongly recommended. Sakebahn Classics LLC is not responsible for improper installation or product failure.

4. Orders, Lead Times & Cancellations

  • Fulfillment: Standard inventory items ship within 1–2 business days. Made-to-order or custom components carry an estimated production lead time of up to 2 weeks (10 business days) before dispatch.

  • Order Changes: Once an order enters production or fulfillment, modifications or cancellations may not be accepted. Sakebahn Classics LLC reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.

5. Shipping & Returns

Free standard shipping applies strictly to the contiguous United States (lower 48 states). Shipping costs for all other locations, including international destinations, are calculated at checkout.
